dc.description.abstractThe center for social Research in conjunction with Durham University conducted a study on mobile phones and young people. The objective of this study was to explore the use of mobile phones among students in primary and secondary schools and how this impact on several issues including education. one of the major results was that while mobile phones can be very useful in terms of accessing educational materials, these phones are also very disruptive including during the time lessons are going on.
